Reality.....

I guess we are starting to get back into reality!!! We are finally taking Bailey out a little bit. Yesterday we enjoyed the nice weather and went to the park for a little bit. It was so warm but so windy, which Bailey didn't love. Luke and Ellie enjoyed getting out until Luke got dizzy and sick on the tire swing. We drove home quickly while Luke held a big cup to his face just in case he puked.

The home health care nurse gave us the go ahead to let Luke and Ellie have HEALTHY friends over. I am still a little paranoid, but I guess its time to move on. But I am still taking temperatures and swabbing throats at the door....OK maybe not to that extent but we do have booger checks

But speaking of reality....tonight is the finale of the Biggest Loser, I am addicted to that show! I cant wait to see who wins, my vote is for Ali. It has to be a girl this time, seriously we have to work so much harder than men!

Miracle at the Todd house!!!

We have had the hardest time getting the kids to bed at a decent hour. I know I am terrible, but my kids sleep in my bed so they usually go to bed when we do. Which has been fine until preschool started and Ellie is suppose to be at school by 9:00am. So that makes for a lot of missed school or a tired awnry girl all day. So anyway last night was huge, I got all three kids to bed by 9:00pm. Luke was in his own bed and yes, Ellie was still in mine. But we are making some serious progress! I wanted to take a picture to prove it, but was affraid the flash would wake them up and it was not worth the risk!!

Catching up.....

Ellie has the funnest preschool teacher. They are always going on the funnest fieldtrips! The last one they had, they went to the new SLC library. When they got there they happen to be filming a commericial for the library so Ellie will be on TV. Ronald Mcdonald was there and so was Mrs Huntsman, the Govenors wife. I didnt get to go this time because I stayed home with Bailey but my friend went and said that Mrs. Huntsmans staff was commenting on how cute Ellie was. She is pretty cute, if I do say so myself.

Kinda fun....

Bad Blogger!

Dont you just hate clicking on blogs that never get updated!!! Well I do, and mine is one of them. I love to read everyones blogs but I cant seem to update my own. I guess I have forgotten how much time and care a newborn takes and so its easier to click one handed than type. Its funny how she can go from living in a tiny hospital bed and not being able to be held hardly at all, to needing me (and only me) to hold her all day. I guess we are making up for lost time. She is getting so big, we havent been to the doctor in awhile but I am guessing she is in the 9 pound range. She is so alert and EVERYONE says she is a mini Ellie. Her hair is looking a little bit reddish, so it should be interesting to see if it stays that way.
Well she says my time is up so ill post more later.
