We have had the hardest time getting the kids to bed at a decent hour. I know I am terrible, but my kids sleep in my bed so they usually go to bed when we do. Which has been fine until preschool started and Ellie is suppose to be at school by 9:00am. So that makes for a lot of missed school or a tired awnry girl all day. So anyway last night was huge, I got all three kids to bed by 9:00pm. Luke was in his own bed and yes, Ellie was still in mine. But we are making some serious progress! I wanted to take a picture to prove it, but was affraid the flash would wake them up and it was not worth the risk!!

...I know I need to update our blog, so don't be mad! Work has been CRAZY, which is when I usually do it and we don't have internet at home any more. But I'm going to update it this weekend!
That is really exciting! I kind of think everyone in the family has all their kids pile in their bed. When your mom spent the night at our house in December she didn't have a hard time keeping track of all my boys because they were glued to her side the entire night.
AWESOME!!!! Were they so much happier today? Good for you guys. It is so nice to have them down sooner - everyone is happier.
Amen to a good nights sleep!! I hate when I keep the girls up late and then the next day they are sooo tired. Atleast they both take naps so they catch up on lost sleep. I'm dying to see 9 lb. Bailey. She's going to look like a whole different baby next time I see her!! Congrats on the sleep!!

I am way excited for you. It is always a mile stone when your kids do what you need them too. You better keep it up. My sister-in-law's kids still sleep with her and they are nine and eleven. Her hubby sleeps in their bed. Sad on the marriage if you ask me.

amy, I am so dang proud of you. Now if only Ellie would sleep in her own bed. Maybe when Bailey moves into her room she will be ready. I am excited to see if Ellie will be up and ready for school on Monday. That is one way I will know for sure you are keeping up on bed time. Not that I can really say anything, since Seth always wants to sleep-in too. They make a great pair hun!~
Don't worry Amy I have a hard time as well. Not with getting her to sleep in her bed just being strict about bed time!
