Where do I even begin????

So I know its been a really long time since I have updated....I have been putting it off so long because I have so much to post, so now I dont know where to start.....I guess Luke would be a good place to begin.

Luke is such a obedient, good kid, sometimes I wonder where he came from. I think he came first so that I would even consider having any more!
He just finished his first season of machine pitch baseball. He had a ton of fun! I think the machine chucking balls at him was intimidating at first but by the end of the season he felt like a pro! Nate was the assistant coach so he ended up taking him to most of the games. The weather wasn't always that great, so a lot of the time I ended up staying at home with the baby..... Its a bit hard having such a age gap with my kids, I wish I could be in two places at once. I overheard him say one day that I didnt come to see very many of his games, so the next few games I parked next to the field and told him I would watch from the car so the baby wouldnt get rained on. Being the good sport he is, he was thrilled with that especially... if I gave him money after for the snack shack.

He has also lost three of the his four front teeth and the last one is so close to popping out (so close its grossing me out). We took him to the dentist for the first time a few weeks ago (yes I know he's six a bit late....I deserve the mom of the year award!) Once again Nate took him because I was home with the baby, so on the way to the dentist Nate promised him they were just going to clean his teeth and take some pictures. They wouldn't do any work at this apt, well once they got there the plan changed. The dentist decided one of his molars needed to come out. Nate explained to him the different methods numbing his mouth and pain relief. So he starts telling him that with the laughing gas they will put the mask on and him and he wont remember anything. Luke looked at him with a terrified look on his face and said "will I remember mom?" So sad....he really thought he wouldn't remember anything prior to having the gas.

He also just finished kindergarten and is so excited to start first grade. I'm not sure I am ready for him to be gone all day long. I cried my eyes out sending him to kindergarten for half a day so now doing the all day thing is going to really set me off. Its the beginning of the end! We have him in the greatest program at school, the Spanish immersion program. They teach half the day in Spanish, no English! It has been so fun to watch him learn. He doesn't speak much Spanish at home but when I go in for parent teacher meetings I am blown away! Its hilarious to hear the little accent he has. Here is a clip of their end of the year program.... (pause the music) Luke is the 5th one from the left in the brown shirt. The cute one!

Well now that its past midnight, I will have to continue tomorrow! I promise I am on a roll now! I will get the Ellie and Bailey updates asap. Especially for you Libby, since you think Bailey is a monkey!

Cute pictures of Luke. He is a favorit cousin with our bunch. That and everytime I am around your kids their so happy so you shouldn't be so hard on yourself. I mean really all their teeth fall out anyway when they are little so it is not like the dentist can do all that much.
